This mix is indicated in case of following symptoms and disorders: stitching pain in the chest and back area, feeling of tightness in the chest, palpitations, shortness of breath, noise in the head and ears, pain and heaviness in the back of the head, immature heat manifesting as chill, cough without sputum, nasal congestion.

This herbal composition improves the cardiovascular system and has a calming effect on the central nervous system. It works well in the treatment of insomnia and depression, and treats psychosomatic disorders, for example, asthma on an emotional basis. It has a restorative and tonic effect. Prevents and treats coronary insufficiency and angina pectoris. Apart of this, it can be used in case of infectious heat, or heat of wind associated with the heart.

This herbal mix helps with any intoxications and varieties of heat, collects and eliminates poisons from the body. It is used for chronic disorders of the gastrointestinal tract (peptic ulcer, erosive gastritis, duodenal ulcer and colon disorders, etc.), enlarged liver, fatty hepatosis, high cholesterol, cysts and tumors of the liver, lipomas, for nasal and uterine bleeding, chronic fever and common cold (but not in the acute form), eliminates a hangover.

This herbal mix is commonly used for gynecological problems. It treats headaches rising during menstruation, irregular periods, ovaries cysts, and cleanses the skin of the face. It also helps to cleanse the blood and liver, regulates blood pressure and cholesterol.

From the point of view of Traditional medicine this composition is effective for such disease as increased emotionality with the threat of developing heart disorder, what is classified as "wind in the heart". Rinchen Tsotru Dashel — Tibetan herbal mix

This mix is used in case of heart and kidneys diseases. The main indications from the point of view of traditional medicine are: rLung and Grum disorders of the kidney, shown as stitching in the kidney area and lower back pain; curvature of the channels of the kidney and neck; a descending of bad blood to the kidney; blood and rLung conflict; heat in the kidney.

This herbal mix is used to cleanse the liver and blood, supports the gallbladder and bile ducts, eliminates intoxication, helps with general weakness and physical fatigue.
