Tibetan Herbal Mixes: Neutral Properties

This is one of the best remedies for treatment of "wind" (Tib.: རླུང།) diseases, such as chronic depression, bipolar and mental disorders, psychosis, epilepsy, causeless tearfulness or laughter, confusion, anxiety and restlessness, anxiety, memory weakness, bitterness, insomnia.

This mix is used in case of excitation of the nervous system, which negatively affects the heart. It relieves pain, heart attacks (angina pectoris, acute myocardial infarction); can be used after a heart attack, as well as to prevent it.

This is common remedy in case of female disorders. It normalizes menstrual cycle, helps with gynecological pain in the lower abdomen, lower back and pelvis area pain. It is prescribed for uterine swelling, ovarian cysts, mastopathy, endometriosis. Also used in case of itching and burning in the genitals due to microorganisms (candidiasis, etc.). As preventive remedy it helps prepare the body for pregnancy, preserves the fetus (especially in first 5 months — shall be taken in smaller dosage!), restores the body after childbirth and increases lactation.

This is an important herbal mix for treatment of the treatment of so called "Badken Mugpo" (Tib.: Wylie: བད་ཀན་སྨུག་པོ།; Wylie: bad kan smug po) diseases. It is very effective for stomach ulcers, as well as poisoning.

This herbal mix is widely used fore the treatment of "Mugpo" (smug po), and collisions of Heat and Cold. It helps with indigestion, gastritis, high acidity, with colic and stitching pains in the stomach and intestines, gastritis, pancreatitis, vomiting, diarrhea, heartburn, flatulence and belching. It is also indicated for food poisoning, even in the children.

This mix normalizes the level of sex hormones, and commonly used for menstrual irregularities, in case of chronic inflammatory processes of the genital organs, with endometriosis and uterine fibroids, menopause. It has a powerful anti-inflammatory and bactericidal effect, relieves itching, stops the secretion of leucorrhoea removes toxins, and prevents the congestion in the pelvic organs. In addition, this herbal mix has a restorative, tonic, anti-aging effect: beneficial effects on appearance and psyche, restores a healthy complexion, reduces dryness and brittle hair, helps normalize the psychoemotional state and hormonal background. And some more: it stops indigestion, bloating, and fullness sensation.

From the point of view of Tibetan medicine, this mix expels heat from the kidney and lung, and dries chuser (Tib.: ཆུ་སེར།, Wylie: chu ser). It is commonly used in case of “heat” in the kidneys, pains in the lower abdomen and kidney area, swelling of the knees and lower legs, swelling of the testicles in men caused by “cold” or “heat”, burning sensation during urination, as well as frequent urination.

This composition is used for spleen disorders of hot and cold nature, enlargement of the spleen (excess fo blood), chronic pancreatitis.

This mix is used for the treatment of bile diseases of cold nature, and dissolves gallstones. It is common medicine to warm up digestive fire, as well as for small intestine diseasess and hepatitis. It is used in case of following symptoms: yellowing of the whites of the eyes, vomiting with bile, headache due to bile disorders, lightening of feces and urine, difficulty in digesting fatty foods.

This mix exterminates parasites of all types, both penetrating into the body (parasitic worms, protozoa), as well as associated with the skin (fleas, lice, etc.). Helps with cramps and viral infections.

This is common herbal composition prescribed for diseases of the gallbladder. Used if the bile affects dense organs; treats bile diseases of both hot and cold nature. Used for Headaches, bitterness in the mouth, lethargy, indigestion.

This herbal mnix is prescribed for rheumatism and arthritis, for edema and pain in the joints, if there is difficulty in flexion and extension of the joints, as well as in case of kidney diseases and lower back pain.

From the point of view of Tibetan medicine, this composition is used treat white channels diseases. It is prescribed in case of paralysis (including facial paralysis), neuralgia, sciatica, muscle atrophy and Parkinson's disease.

This mix helps well during childbirth, and also cleanses the uterus after childbirth and helps to avoid postpartum depression. It is also prescribed in case of menses delay. In addition, it increases low blood pressure, and is prescribed for digestion disorders, such as indigestion, bloating and bursting sensation in the abdomen.

This composition is a natural anti-inflamatory remedy. It is commonly used for any infections and inflammations. Eliminates pain, for example, abdominal and muscular pain, headache, throatache, earache, toothache etc.
