Drebu Sumthang — Tibetan herbal mix — in powder
This is one of the most common mixes of Tibetan medicine. It is widely used to cleanse the blood, and in the treatment of colds: it brings the Heat to maturity. In addition, the composition balances all three doshas (Wind, Bile, Phlegm).
It is also recommended to use this collection before the bloodletting procedure, since it separates the blood into pure and not pure.
Do not confuse Drebu Sumthang with the Ayurvedic mix known as Triphala: it contains the same ingredients, only in different proportions.
Ingredient:
- terminalia chebula - 40%
- terminalia bellerica - 27%
- phyllantus emblica - 33%
The mix is taken in the form of a decoction, and do not be confused by the large weight of the dose: the dosage is selected by the manufacturer.
