Ratna Samphel is perfect for neurological disorders, vascular diseases of the heart and brain. General indications are strokes, paralysis, hemorrhagic strokes, paresis, paralysis, epilepsy as well as poisoning, tumors, tuberculosis.

This herbal mix is commonly used in case of heat in the liver, cirrhosis and hepatitis. It normalizes the liver, eliminating its "heat", while having anti-inflammatory effect. Rinchen Tsotru Dashel — Tibetan herbal mix

From the point of view of Tibetan medicine, this composition refers to a wide range of herbal mixes used to correct the constitution of "Phlegm". It is effective in the treatment of chronic diseases associated with common cold; eliminates the cause of endocrine diseases, normalizes metabolic processes, reduces the formation of mucus and disolves it, and lowers blood cholesterol. It cleans the lungs of phlegm, mucus and pus: therefore, it is widely used in the treatment of laryngitis, bronchitis, asthma. Removes excess of fluid, eliminates swelling. Helps with allergic diseases, including vasomotor rhinitis, allergic dermatitis, allergies due to climate change.

Rinchen Yunying (Old torquoise)-25 — Tibetan herbal mix

This composition is called «Anti-inflammatory mix of seven components based on grape fruit for the treatment of lung diseases». As it follows from the name, it is perfect for lung diseases. It is used to treat such diseases such as cough, a feeling of expansion in the chest, lung diseases, asthma, shortness of breath, etc.

This herbal mix is considered as «Rinchen» or «Precious Pill». Drangjor has a rejuvenating effect and is particularly good for the gastrointestinal tract. It is used for gastritis, enterocolitis as well as allergies and polyarthritis. Effective for all types of poisoning and recommended as a prevention against infectious diseases.

This herbal mix helps with the heat of bile and liver; with general heat accompanied with liver affection, as well as in case of inflammation. It is used for infections of the gallbladder, soothes pain caused by gallstones, and can be used for hepatitis (under phisician's supervision). Renders common support of the digestive system.

This mix is used in case of heart and kidneys diseases. The main indications from the point of view of traditional medicine are: rLung and Grum disorders of the kidney, shown as stitching in the kidney area and lower back pain; curvature of the channels of the kidney and neck; a descending of bad blood to the kidney; blood and rLung conflict; heat in the kidney.

This mix is unofficially called "Saffron, that Stops Bleeding". As this name suggests, this is one of the best tibetan herbal compositions to completely stop bleeding. It is believed that the use of it stops any bleeding without exception: uterine and nasal, vomiting of blood due to "Mugpo" (smug po), the presence of the blood in the stool, rupture of blood vessels due to outer injuries etc. This mix is also useful for liver diseases. Contraindications: it is not recommended to use this mix in case of common cold, wind and mucus.

It is used for diseases of the kidneys, urinary tract and genitals. Effectively helps with back pain of unknown origin, pain in the hips, pelvic bones, cramps and weakness in the legs. Improves blood circulation and energy of the kidney and pelvic organs. It promotes the elimination of phlegm from the kidney and urinary bladder, and used for the treatment of urinary bladder polyps, as well as an aid in case of sexual weakness caused by "cold" of the kidney.
